SENSITIVE BODY for SOlO WORK and PARTNERING
With Marina Fernández de Haro
Our intuition communicates with us throughout our body.
We are going to work individually ,using basis from Contemporary dance to have more estrategies to be more fluid, and safe as its weight, gravity and anatomy.
This is an invitation to be more conscience about all the constant possibilities and the decisions that in the dance we are making.
We will open our perception with the other, listening where is my atention in the unknown place of the encounter with the other, of contact Improvisation .

Biography of Marina Fernández de Haro
I am an artist-performer and a contemporary dancer who studied different techniques like Axis Syllabus, Fly low, Aikido, BMC, physical theater, Instant Composition and Iyengar yoga. My first encounter with Contact Improvisation was in 2005. Since then I have been studying, dancing and travelling around the world, following teachers and opportunities to work in my dedicated passion. I started to share my knowledge as a teacher 5 years ago and organizing C.I. and contemporary dance events since 2012.
I am fascinated by the practice of being completely present in the deepest state of mind of the body, the constant possibilities of the decisions that we make in the dance, and the relationship with the others. Those ingredients gave me directions in my life and work.
Focused how we can use our physical body more efficiently, I move and let my body speak.

Workshop of Contemporary Dance-Theater for dancers, performers, actors, etc.
The workshop will be composed by a time of shared warm up, and times for improvisation and composition.
This workshop is open to any public interested in developping their body and mouvement awareness and explore through different exercises their own vocabulary, expression and creativity.
My aim is not to teach you how to dance a particular dance style, it is to give you tools to find Your own Dance and ways of express yourself.
Dance is proper to each creature, we just have to chalenge ourselves to find that freedom of expression.
I will work with each and every one of the students-performers as if we were all members of a company preparing a new creation.
At the end of the workshop a public presentation will be made, with the performers that wish to participate in it (not compulsory).
