The only thing that distinguished bboying back in the days with other
dance forms was “Downrock” or “Footwork” as we call it. This technique
of moving your body
on all four’s was so
original and revolutionary that it gave breaking its own unique image
and an acknowledgement as a separate dance genre. Even to this date, you
do not see any other dance using shuffles and steps on both hands and
